Cyclohexasilane (CHS), is at the center of our technology. A unique source of silicon, CHS provides an innovative solution for the EV, energy storage, solar, and solid-state lighting markets. With the highest number of silicon atoms per molecule of any currently available silicon precursor, it has the best potential for higher yields.

CHS Characteristics

The Coretec Group’s CHS is a silicon precursor that is processed as a liquid, leading to a unique silicon chemistry and the use of lower-cost, solution based processes when compared to traditional gas-phase silanes.
