We are excited to share that Coretec has made progress in the process of evaluating a potential partnership with a European Cyclohexasilane (CHS) manufacturer.
In a meeting earlier this month with joint development and confidentiality agreements in place, both sides shared IP, reviewed the patent landscape and discussed a supplier partnership. Although we are not permitted to disclose their identity at this time, this global materials manufacturer’s credentials align with our vision for CHS commercialization.
In terms of next steps, the CHS partner is reviewing the chemical synthesis discussed in the meeting and is developing a quote for supplying both initial small and high volume CHS to determine commercial viability. We look forward to next steps and delivering CHS into the hands of our customers, and ultimately the high growth applications and industries Coretec is targeting.
Coretec CEO Michael Kraft said, “This was an excellent kick-off meeting with a world-class team that understands our chemistry and its value as well as any Company we could hope to partner with. From a broader perspective, we believe this potential partnership validates our IP, a critical component of our business strategy, and that combined with a multi-billion dollar chemical manufacturer, it can deliver volume CHS to the market.” ]
We will provide updates on this process as it progresses. To stay up to date on company activity please subscribe to our email alerts via this link, or contact us at 918-494-0509.
